My approach to wedding photography is straightforward.  It’s about capturing the delight, spontaneity and emotion of the day in an inspiring way and without any fuss.Signing the register

I love the business of wedding photography as it’s not just about taking great pictures.  It involves getting to know you as a couple and understanding your expectations.  More than anything though, it allows us to build a familiarity that means on the day itself you trust I know what I’m doing and will feel completely at ease in front of the camera.

I’ve worked for 6 years as a professional photographer and besides weddings have photographed music, people and landscapes.  I am fortunate to have a great working relationship with some of the UK’s top wedding venues.  Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, the Cotswolds and London are the main areas I cover, however I do occasionally travel further afield and abroad.

Asked what sets me apart from other photographers, the answer is first my photography and second the fact that when you book Kate Brown Photography you are getting me!  I do the whole lot.  Our meetings over coffee (or tea!), all correspondence, the shoot on the day itself, the viewing session, album design (Ok I don’t make the albums myself!), collage design, attention to detail and making sure you are always happy with the service you receive.

Products and prices

Wedding packages start at £1400.  Includes:

  • Initial meeting (over tea/coffee hopefully!)
  • 6 hours coverage, can be increased at £35/hr
  • Stunning, handmade 12” x 12” Jorgensen or Bellissimo album
  • Viewing session with me and help in choosing your album pictures (optional)
  • Bespoke album design by me
  • Ability to view and make one set of changes before going to print

The DVD of ALL your images at hi resolution (ideal for printing) is also available to purchase for £750, or £400 if bought with an album.

Parents albums, collages, canvases and bespoke frames are also very popular.
